Bonnie did an amazing job helping us sell our cottage in Nov 2020. On the same day the cottage was added onto MLS Bonnie was able to get us 5 offers! She was able to get us significantly over asking with the exact closing and conditions we were hoping for. She worked with the other agents to make sure everyone submitting an offer was going in with their highest amount. This was extremely rushed for Bonnie since the first offer came in at 5pm and expired at 10pm. She was able to get our cottage sold by 10pm and stayed up until 2am to make sure everything was finalized.
